How to Practice Gratitude… Even When You Don’t Think You Can

Gratitude sounds like something that’s easy. But when things in your life are not going the way that you want them to, it can be downright hard. You can talk about it and want to be grateful, but feeling real gratitude that changes your energy is something most people struggle with.

Feeling gratitude raises your vibration, changes your perspective, feels good and helps you draw in your desires.

I strongly believe that there are times that require us to feel gratitude for our lives as they are before we can move on to the things we want.

Start to form your own habit of gratitude by finding one small thing – like Joe Vitale’s pencil or my client Susan’s breath – that you can have true, heartfelt gratitude for.

    I am grateful that my husband loves me and my children want to spend time with me. I am grateful to see two co workers going for a walk and connecting. I am grateful for being reminded every day that it’s a privilege to be alive.
