I want to share with you how you can start imagining your dreams real.

One of the easiest ways to create everything you want is through imagination, but when I bring imagination or visualization up in a training I find that most of you dismiss the benefits, have tried it without success or think it is too complicated.
This really stumped me, because I love to imagine.

Imagining or seeing what you want to do or create before you do it is popular among professional athletes, Olympians, performers, actors and super successful, super rich people.
So I really tapped into the process I teach around imagining with my private coaching clients who have huge results with it, and am giving you some tips on using this fun tool.

If you have any negative thoughts when you hear the term “visualization”, or “imagining”, please, throw them out the window. What I’m going to show you I call “Day Dreaming”, because it’s dreaming your new life into being and you usually do this during the day with your conscious mind.
Day Dreaming is a fun way to circumnavigate the blocks of your subconscious mind and rehearse life you want to live.

Here are the basics of Day Dreaming:
So to start Day Dreaming your new life into being, you need to KNOW YOUR GOAL and HOW IT FEELS. What is it that you are wanting to create in your life and how does that goal make you feel? Knowing your goal lets you enforce that goal every time you Day Dream. Then taking that one step further and getting really attached to the feeling of that goal helps bring it to life.
Then you need to BE SPECIFIC. If you want more money, how much more money? If you say you want to have $5000 more a month it’s much easier to see your life with that much more money. If you want to lose weight, you’ll want to narrow it down to how much weight you want to lose… 20 pounds, 50 pounds? Now you can Day Dream how great that feels to move your skinnier body through your day? Make sure to be specific and not generalize when Day Dreaming.
Next, make sure to USE ALL YOUR SENSES. This seems like an easy step, and it is, so don’t complicate it! If you are walking into your new house, you want to smell the roses by the front door, hear the creek nearby, step up onto your flagstone steps, see the beautiful stained glass door, feel the shade of being under the eave before entering the door, and how excited and thankful you are for your home. It takes some practice for sure, but the more details and feeling you put into your Day Dreaming the more powerful it is.
Lastly, you need to MAKE DAY DREAMING PART OF YOUR DAY, you can’t do it once and expect to create what you want. You can Day Dream for a few minutes any time, it doesn’t have to be a formal, long session. Day Dreaming is just feeling the feelings of what you are creating, simply, with no stress, no judgments… just pure fun. And once you get started, because it is fun and easy, you’ll find it becomes something you want to do that has big results.
